Hope and Love for Japan Charity Designer Sales in London

From the unforeseen earthquake and tsunami incident which happened in Japan on March, 11st 2011 created extreme catastrophe for the whole country. Countries worldwide have been trying to help Japan as many ways as possible. One of our friend in London just hosted a not so small event “Hope and Love for Japan: Charity Designer Sales” by raising fund to donate to Japan Red Cross.

Our friends have organised a sale of designer clothing at the amazing Concrete (beneath Shoreditch House, London, UK) on the 7th and 8th June. And on the 8th the Japanese Ambassador has given a speech as well as giving out raffle with many amazing prizes to be won.

 

The designers who joined include ASOS, Camilla Skovgaard, Mulberry, Paul Smith, Stella Mccartney and many more. One of our close Thai designer friend also joined the event, The Only Son.

After all the sales then they take everyone into the party spirit with DJ Gilles Peterson and friends hitting the decks until late.

Time to get sexy!!!

Lady Gaga album just came out two weeks ago while last weekend the Thai diva legend Christina Aguilar just had her 20th Anniversary concert. And in the next few weeks Kylie Minogue will be having her world tour concert in Bangkok. The girl power is everywhere in the air! So I guess before meeting the real deal we shall have a little pre-party for the girls like you!

Tomorrow one of our friends, “Pride BKK”, is hosting a fabulous party “GiRLS NiTE OUT XXX

LINGERIE INSPIRED” at Demo, Thonglor.

Not only the theme representing everybody feminine side but the music that will be playing are all the C- pop songs or something ranging from Spice Girls, Madonna, Lady Gaga to N’Sync, LFO, etc…

Basically we haven’t really decided what to wear yet but after looking through piles and piles of photo and magazines we found these lovely Boudoir by Disaya lingerie and their LUXE collection that will definitely match the party tomorrow night!!

Just match the pieces with thin white shirt and high waisted skirt or short then your ready to dance all night long!! xx

PLANKING!

So what’s up with this weird random people lying down facing the ground!?! Well the “lying down game” or in other word “planking” has recently become an internet phenomenon.

The phenomenon of planking involves lying face down in a public place - the stranger the better - and posting photos on social networking sites such as Facebook. Aficionados lie expressionless with a straight body, hands by their sides and toes pointing into the ground.
 

A little information for you guys who wonder how did this thing start. According to our random research, the pointless crazy planking was invented by 2 men, Gary Clarkson and Christian Langdon. Anyway after seeing all the planking craze in our Instagram (an app on iphone) we FRIENDS LIKE THEM decided to plank! We forced everyone in our team and asked our friends to do so here we go….
